Dugrdkan Road Construction
This project involves the construction of 7,500 meters of asphalt (stabilizer) road in Dugrdkan village. The scope of work includes subgrade preparation, laying a coarse base, applying double surface dressing, and completing with asphalt dressing. The project aims to improve road accessibility and durability for the local community.
Rehabilitation of school
Rehabilitation of nine schools located in Erbil and fourteen schools located in Sulaymaniyah, covering structural repairs, classroom renovations, sanitation facility upgrades, electrical and plumbing systems restoration, and provision of basic furniture and equipment. The project aims to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students and teachers in both governorates.
International Rawnduz Stadium

Rehabilitation of the existing drainage network to restore full functionality, improve stormwater management, and prevent flooding. The scope includes cleaning, repairing, replacing damaged sections, upgrading pipelines, manholes, and associated infrastructure to ensure efficient water flow and long-term durability.
Rehabilitation of Two Borewells
Rehabilitation of two existing borewells, including cleaning, deepening, replacement of damaged casings, pumps, and electrical components, as well as testing and disinfection. The objective is to restore full water production capacity and ensure safe, sustainable groundwater extraction for community or operational use.
Renovation of the school
Renovation of the school in Alamala village, including repair of classrooms, improvement of facilities, and creation of a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
