Fencing and repairing work for FSK water well

This project involves civil maintenance, fencing repair, and general improvement activities at the FSK water well site. The key scope includes:
· Site visit for verification prior to starting any activities.
· Permit to Work (PTW) to be secured before commencement.
· Planning and procurement of all required civil materials.
· Clearing grass and vegetation, followed by the application of 3 cm thick crushed gravel around the building perimeter.
·Painting internal and external building walls with emulsion paint.

· Painting the building gates with waterproof paint.
· Removal of the existing chain-link fence, with transportation to the TWK scrap yard.
· Cleaning existing fence posts using brushes, then painting all posts and the entrance gate.
· Installation of new wire mesh fencing in place of the removed mesh.
·  Supply and installation of two padlocks with chains on the building gate.
